Summer sunrise Series – 8 weeks
Greet the summer sun and start your day with an energizing, breath-centered movement practice. This twice a week series is designed to help you create a consistent practice. In this Sun Salutation based practice you’ll be challenged and rewarded, connect with your subtle energy and leave feeling refreshed, ready to start the day. A familiarity with Sun Salutations recommended. Participants will receive a Gaiam Stainless Steel water bottle upon enrollment and $10 off a premium mat.

Six Week Beginner Series
In this six week beginners class we will cover alignment principles for basic asana groups. You will will learn standing postures, basic backbends, twists and seated poses. Breath practices will be introduced. This is a mat class with poses practiced on the floor. Appropriate for those with no prior yoga experience, those who would like a refreshers course and continuing beginners.

iRest® Yoga Nidra Six Week Series
In this series you will learn:
- Basic core concepts of iRest
- Develop an inner resource
- Set an intention
- Identify heartfelt desire
- Practice Body Sensing
- Practice Breath Sensing
- Explore aspects of your Essential Nature
Each session will include discussion and iRest practice. Course includes iRest workbook and recorded sessions for your home practice.
Class limited to 6 participants! All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.

friday Evening iRest® Yoga Nidra
Relax deeply, relieve stress and move joyfully into your weekend after a beneficial iRest yoga nidra practice. Connect with the peacefulness of your essential true nature. We will begin with movement and settle in for a complete iRest practice. All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
