Cancellation Policy

Please plan carefully. All class passes, memberships, series classes and workshops are non-refundable. Merchandise can be returned if found to be defective.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you cancel your classes, and private lessons in a timely manner.

Please cancel your class two hours prior to the start of class to avoid losing a class.

Workshops: require 48 hours written notice. Your account will be issued a credit. If we cancel the workshop you will be issued a full refund. Absence is not refundable.

Series Classes: IMY cannot be responsible for providing make-ups of missed classes. You may cancel within 48 hours and will be issued an account credit. No refunds after first class.

Private Lessons: Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged full price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your teacher reserves the right to provide an abbreviated lesson or cancel the session with full payment.

Retreats: Cancel 30 days prior to the retreat to obtain a full refund, less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat will not be granted, unless there is another student to take your place. If we cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund.

Auto Renew Contracts: Please notify us in writing your desire to cancel your auto renew contract. 14 day notice required prior to your next scheduled auto renew. Premium Membership is a 12 month minimum. All others are 3 month minimum.
