Your teacher will create sequences appropriate for your body, your practice and your experience. Whether you are a beginner eager to learn new skills or a seasoned practitioner, a private lesson can benefit your practice.

You might further your practice exclusively through private lessons, one or two sessions a week. Perhaps a once a month session is what you need to refine certain poses or skills. We recommend a minimum of three sessions to get you started. Would you and a friend or family member like to work privately with a skilled teacher ongoing or for a special event?
